Contained within 'The Churchill Papers' is a letter, Dated 10th July 1890, from J.W. Spedding, Hon. Sec. Primrose League, Wimborne Habitation, Grosvenor Square, London, to W.S.Churchill on his election as a Knight of the Primrose League, enclosing receipt for 9s 6d.
