Blisworth, Northamptonshire Cycling Fête.

The Late historian George Freeston of Blisworth probably found the following snippets (original source unknown) in a dusty cupboard and eventually placed them at the Northampton Record Office in the Blisworth Hotel box, GF 1996. Cycling was very popular in late Victorian and Edwardian times and the Primrose League, with it's separate Cycling Corps, was one of many organizations to 'cash in' on this fad.
